- Can I rewatch lessons?
- Watch your course videos as often as you like while enrolled. Mark each lesson done to track progress.
- How do I check my level?
- Practice sets and timed mock exams. Multiple choice and short answers are graded instantly. Written answers are graded by the instructor.
- Will I get to speak?
- Book a 15-minute 1:1 speaking call from the calendar. A Google Meet link is created when you book.
- Are there live classes?
- Yes, on Google Meet at scheduled times. The join link opens 30 minutes before the start.
- Where do I ask questions?
- Post on your course Q&A board and the instructor replies. You can also post private questions only you and the instructor can see.
- Where is my schedule?
- The My Class calendar shows your booked calls and live classes on one screen.
